We want you to love your Lois Jeans, but if the fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Denim
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
